Dragons are massive reptilian creatures. Most dragons produce a highly combustible gas which ignites in their throat, allowing them to spew fire. These same gases can help the dragons achieve lift when they fly, while their huge wings propel them and help them steer.
Dragons may be the most fearsome creatures on the face of the earth. There seem to be infinite varieties of dragons in existence. Their geographic region defines their characteristics. Dragons nest in remote mountaintops, deep within the earth, and in the depths of the ocean. They can be found in the Orient, in the frozen north, and even in abandoned castles in civilized lands. Dragons rarely make public appearances, but when they do, they wreak chaos and destruction.
